Where dobule deck ovens are installed a Oil and Seperator unit can be fitted seperate to the oven using a Waste Water Transfer Unit which collects the waste from the bottom oven and pumps it into the Oil Seperator.

Automatic operation of the Waste Transfer Unit is achieved by an electronic control unit which senses levels and operates pumps as required.
